# What's new at GoodBarber? August 2018

It's back to school at GoodBarber! As you know, we never stop working on improvements to allow you to go further with your apps, and August was no different.

Below you'll find a summary of developments and updates made throughout August 2018:

## Native iOS App

- **Home Page**
  * In the widgets Minimal template, fixed an issue causing the wrong color to be displayed in the pager.

- **Article Page**
  * In the details page, the toolbar button is no longer displayed if no actions are available.

- **Video Page**
  * In the details page, the toolbar button is no longer displayed if no actions are available.

- **Sound page**
  * In the details page, the toolbar button is no longer displayed if no actions are available.

- **Submission Page**
  * Fixed a problem causing a crash when the user took a photo with a camera.

- **Menu Page**
  * In templates 7 and 8, fixed a problem causing cell titles to disappear.

- **Authentication Add-on**
  * In the log-in page, fixed a problem causing the wrong color to be displayed on the close button.
  * In the log-in page, the baseline is now displayed on 3 lines, even on iPhone X.
  * In the signup page, fixed a problem causing the email field not to be validated in some cases.
  * In the Push History page, fixed a problem causing certain notifications to be missing from the list.

- **Loyalty Card Add-on**
  * Fixed an issue preventing the gift page from opening when the user opened the app from a push notification.

- **Live Video Add-on**
  * Fixed an issue that prevented the user group restriction from working when the JSON parameter *autoplay* was set to 1.

- **Other fixes and improvements**
  * Fixed an issue causing a crash when certain push notifications were opened.

## Native Android App

- **Home Page**
  * Fixed an issue causing incorrect list padding when going back to the Home.
  * In the Newsletter widget, fixed an autoscroll problem.
  * In the Carrousel template, if there is no description on the link, the button is now aligned with the title.

- **Article Page**
  * In the details page, fixed a problem causing some images to be missing when opening the app from a push notification.
  * In details pages, fixed certain image display problems occurring when WordPress was used as the source.

- **Video Page**
  * Added JSON properties *enableExoplayerVideo* and *sections[]/enableExoplayerVideo* used to force the use of exoplayer.

- **Live Video Add-on**
  * The screen doesn't turn off anymore when the live stream is playing.

- **External Ad Network Add-on**
  * On Facebook Native Ads, removed the entire cell click in order to be in compliance with the Facebook CTA policy.

## PWA

- **Menu Page**
  * In template 5, fixed a horizontal alignment problem occurring when the first row was incomplete.

- **TabBar Navigation Mode**
  * Fixed an issue causing icons to disappear when the *showTitle* parameter was set to *never*.

- **Authentication Add-on**
  * Fixed a problem causing the profile field to be hidden when updating a user.

- **Other fixes and improvements**
  * Migrated to Angular 6.
  * Added Turkish and Basque languages.

## Back office

- **Article Page**
  * Fixed a problem causing articles to appear in the wrong category after being reordered.

- **Contact Page**
  * Fixed a problem preventing the page title from being saved.

- **Other fixes and improvements**
  * Fixed a problem preventing the click on the Swipe menu on small screens.
  * In the Logo & Title advanced design pages, fixed a problem with the logo image resolution.

***gbRequest* Method**

- On Android, fixed a problem causing a wrong error message to be displayed in the *gbRequestDidFail* callback.
