If the coach is driving, they add their age and the date their license was issued. An email alerts you to the request, which you'll also find in the back office. 2. 2 ### You reply with a quote You check your fleet schedule, pick the minibus, price the trip by distance and number of days, then email the quote. This step happens outside the app: availability and pricing stay in your own tools. 3. 3 ### Departure, instructions in hand On Saturday morning, the "Before you leave" page lists what the driver brings: license, ID and the payment method your terms require at pickup. The depot address opens as directions from the app's map, with your opening hours right beside it. A club cancels its trip? GoodBarber's Appointment booking splits a day into slots, one customer per slot; it can't hold a minibus from Friday night to Sunday. A minibus rental is counted in days, and its price depends on the route, the number of passengers and the driver. So the request goes through a Form, and your accepted quote is what confirms the rental. **### How do I get a club's requests for the whole season?** As soon as the league schedule comes out, often in August, the team manager can send you everything at once: add a paragraph field called "Season dates" to the Form, where they paste the list of away games. You reply with a single quote for the season or one per game, and the CSV export of requests helps you copy them into your schedule. **### A minibus just freed up for Saturday: how do I spread the word fast?** With a push notification from the back office, sent immediately or scheduled for Thursday evening: "A 9-seat minibus is free this Saturday, with or without a driver." It can go to all users or to a geographic area, such as the towns around your depot. Claude or ChatGPT, connected to the app through MCP, can also draft it, and they wait for your approval before sending. **### How do I tell requests with a driver from those without?** Publish two Forms, each in its own section: one asks for times and waiting time, the other for the driver's details and license. You can tell a request's type at a glance, and each form only asks the questions that matter. If you'd rather have a single form, a drop-down list at the top, "with or without a driver", sorts them. **### Can I collect the security deposit in the app?** No, no payment goes through the app, neither the rental nor the deposit. It's paid at pickup, by check, card hold or bank transfer, whichever you accept. The app's job is to announce it: the amount and what triggers it are in your terms, which the organizer reads before even asking for a quote. **### Does the app replace my rental software?** No. The fleet schedule, contracts and invoicing stay in your software or your spreadsheet. The app handles everything around them: showing the minibuses, taking requests, announcing availability, giving departure instructions. There is no connection between the app and your software; requests export as CSV so you can bring them in. **### Do I need iOS and Android apps, or is a web version enough?** With the Standard plan, your app exists as a web version: it already shows your minibuses and takes requests, and a simple link in your emails to clubs opens it.
