# Close protection app: a private app for your clients, mission requests and booked briefings

## The executive, or their assistant, requests a mission and books the briefing in an app where the public sees only your introduction: no names, no travel plans, no client photos.

An iPhone, Android and web app for your close protection agency, built without code: a discreet presentation of your agency for everyone, sections open only to signed-in clients, mission requests through a form and booked briefings, by video call or in person.

## What the public sees, what clients see

### Public: your three services

Close protection, secure chauffeured transport, residential security: one page each, describing how you work without naming anyone.

### Public: first contact

A short form, with name, phone, email and type of need, to open a first conversation; the details can wait for the briefing.

### Clients: on-call numbers

The client's mission lead and your overnight duty line, one tap away, in a section only signed-in clients can open.

### Clients: procedures

What to do if the schedule changes, if you get separated from your agent, who to call first: written instructions, to reread before every trip.

### Clients: their mission file

The approved schedule, addresses and meeting points, in a section restricted to that client's group alone, taken down once the mission is over.

## Two mission leads, two briefing calendars

### Each lead gets a briefing section tied to their own Google Calendar

One handles executive travel, the other families and residential security: each gets a briefing section connected to their Google Calendar. Clients choose who they want to talk to, then a free time; one slot takes one briefing. When a lead heads out on a three-day mission, they add those days to their Google Calendar from wherever they are, and their section offers nothing on those dates. Their colleague's stays open, so a client in a hurry doesn't wait for their return.

## The briefing, booked by the client or their assistant

### Forty-five minutes by video or at your office, with nothing sensitive written in the app

Open 45-minute slots on weekdays, in a morning window from 9 a.m. to noon and an afternoon one from 2 to 6 p.m. The client, or their assistant, picks a time and answers two questions: which mission it's about, and video call or in-person meeting at your office. The form asks for neither the protected person's name nor their schedule: those details are shared during the briefing. Both sides receive a confirmation email, and the briefing lands in the mission lead's Google Calendar. A two-hour minimum notice keeps a morning briefing possible for a mission decided the night before.

## A mission, from request to briefing

The request and the briefing go through the app; in between, your team assesses the mission its own way.

1. 1

### The mission request
In their restricted section, the client fills out the Form: dates, cities and venues, profile of the person to protect, number of agents in mind, secure chauffeured transport or not. You're notified by email; the agency then reviews the request calmly in the back office.

2. 2

### Your assessment
You call the client, assess routes and venues, and decide on the number of agents and any advance work. Your proposal goes out through your usual channels. The app prices nothing and has no one sign anything.

3. 3

### The booked briefing
Once the proposal is accepted, the client or their assistant books the 45-minute briefing with the mission lead. The client's answers appear in the lead's Google Calendar, under the briefing event, and in the confirmation message.

Mission postponed? The client cancels the briefing from the confirmation message: the time opens up for other clients, the briefing leaves the lead's calendar, and the agency gets a cancellation email.

## Close protection: agencies' questions about the app

**### How do I keep the app closed to anyone who isn't a client?**

Two extensions handle it. Authentication gives each client an account; User groups set, for each section, who can open it: all your clients for briefings and mission requests, a single client for their own mission file. You place each account in its group from the back office, once you've verified who it belongs to. The public sees only your introduction and the contact form.

**### What does the mission request form ask?**

Whatever you decide: dates, cities, where they'll stay, number of agents wanted, profile of the person to protect, secure transport or not. Each field can be required or optional. Ask for the bare minimum: the rest is said at the briefing, in person. You're notified of every mission request, and the whole set downloads as a CSV if you keep a mission log.

**### Can the briefing happen by video call?**

Yes: when booking, the client writes "video" or "in person" in the form. For a video call, you send an invitation from your usual videoconferencing tool. For a meeting, the contact page shows your office address and directions in one tap.

**### Can an executive's assistant book the briefing on their behalf?**

Yes, with their own account, placed in the same group as the executive's. The confirmation email goes to the assistant and to your agency; if the executive's schedule changes, the assistant cancels from that message and picks another slot. The executive's name appears nowhere in the app.

**### Can my clients see who else works with the agency?**

No. The app shows no client list, no names, no photos, no testimonials. A briefing slot already taken simply stops being offered, with no hint of who booked it. And each mission file opens only to the group of the client concerned.

**### Does the app track my agents during a mission?**

No. It knows neither your agents' position nor the car's, and relays no alerts. Coordinating a mission stays on your usual channels, radio or phone. The app does its work beforehand: the request, the briefing, the procedures, the on-call numbers.

**### Can the client pay for the mission in the app?**

No: neither the mission, nor a deposit, nor travel expenses are paid in the app. Your invoice follows its usual path, and your proposal spells out when and how you're paid.

Extension Store

Briefings run on Appointment booking; sections closed to non-clients, on Authentication combined with User groups. All three extensions are paid: add-ons on Premium, included in Pro. The mission Form and CMS Contact cost nothing.
