Your booking form, which every appointment section shares, asks for the planned date, the number of guests and the region: three answers that also help with venue visits. Its link becomes the QR code printed on the invitation: guests open it in their browser, without downloading the app or creating an account, and find the schedule, the map of the venues, the shuttle times and the reply form.
