We review every application to make sure the use case can realistically be built in a day. ## A day of building, not a day of theory You arrive with a task you still handle manually. You scope it with the facilitators, you build your automation, and you test it on a real case. By the end of the day, the goal is simple: to have a working automation you can run from start to finish. 1 You identify a real need 2 You scope a workable solution 3 You build it, with help 4 You test it and present it ## You don't need to be a developer The hackathon is open to entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups and small businesses, whatever your job and however much AI you use today. You're just getting started You use ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant now and then. You'll learn to build something more structured around your own data and processes. You already have experience You already work with projects, agents, connectors or automation tools. You'll be able to build a more complete, more autonomous workflow. Success isn't about reaching the highest technical level. You're free to propose any other case close to your own activity. ## Bring your problem. We build the rest on site. What to bring on the day - Your laptop You build on your own machine. - A real case from your business A task you still do by hand. - Your tools and your logins Working accounts and credentials for the services you want to use. - A data sample Data you can legally use, or data anonymized before the event. Nothing else to prepare - You start from a blank page Your automation is built entirely during the day. - Scoping happens on site You set a realistic scope with the facilitators, first thing in the morning. - A clear goal A first working version, ready to show at the end of the day. The facilitators will help you pick an approach that fits your level and your goal. While you build, the Corsican innovation ecosystem gathers at CampusPlex: company talks, round tables and the Corsica.ai Awards. 1. 9:00 AM Welcome coffee 2. 9:15 AM Kickoff and ground rules 3. 9:30 AM Scoping your case 4. 10:00 AM First build sprint 5. 12:30 PM Standing lunch with the Corsica.ai Day attendees 6. 1:30 PM Second sprint 7. 3:30 PM Teams stop adding features to test their automation and prepare their demo 8. 4:00 PM Demos 9. 5:00 PM Public presentation of the selected projects 10. 6:00 PM Closing At 5:00 PM, the best projects are presented to the jury and to the Corsica.ai Day audience. ## You build, we help you move forward The facilitators help participants scope their case, choose an approach and get past blockers. Their role is to guide, not to build for you. Participants helping each other is part of the experience too. - Support adapted to your level - Help scoping your case - Technical guidance throughout the day - Methods you can reuse in your own business - Conversations with other professionals - An automation you built yourself, so you can keep using it after the event ## Present what you built At the end of the day, each participant demos their automation on their real case. The best projects in each theme are then presented in a session open to the public. The main goal is still that every participant leaves with something useful. We'll review your use case and confirm your spot shortly. ## Frequently asked questions **Is this only for developers?** No. The event is open to technical and non-technical profiles alike. Support is adapted to each participant's level. **Do I need to have built my automation already?** No. You need to come with an idea and a real case, but the building starts during the hackathon. **Can I come without a specific idea?** You do need to identify at least one task or business problem. The form will help you put it into words. **Which tools can I use?** You're free to use whichever tools fit your need, as long as you have working accounts and access. **Is it free?** Yes, subject to seat availability and once your application is approved. **Are meals included?** Yes: a standing lunch is provided, shared with the Corsica.ai Day attendees. **Can I use real data?** Yes, but only if you are authorized to use it.
