## Your users just follow the bubble

Three phases, a countdown, no sound

One tap on “Start” and the bubble begins to swell. Above it, the name of the current phase: “Inhale”, “Hold”, “Exhale”. Inside it, the countdown of the seconds left. The bubble grows through the inhale, stays full through the hold, comes back down through the exhale, and the cycle starts over. The motion doesn't move at an even pace: it starts slowly, opens up in the middle, eases off at the end of the phase, like a breath.

Below the button, a panel gives the three durations, set at 5, 4 and 7 seconds. Your user changes them to suit themselves, and “Restore default rhythm” brings the original rhythm back. Their durations are kept on their device: they find their setting again the next time they open the app, without having created anything or accepted anything.

A sports club, a yoga studio, a school, a magazine that runs a wellness column: wherever your users already come, a few cycles find their place without asking anything of anyone. And the section says it on screen itself, no sound will be played, so it works on the train as well as in a waiting room.

## Your section lives in your app

You describe it, the agent builds it, and it shows up in your app's menu. It picks up your app's colors with nothing to set, like any other section. You can rename it, move it in the menu, change its design.

And it keeps evolving with you: ask for a change in plain language, or edit the generated code directly.
