## The rhythm holds by itself

Two phases that follow on, a counter that stays

Twenty-five minutes of focus, five of break: the section arrives with that rhythm and the ring empties as it goes. The label changes with the phase, “Deep work in progress” during the work, “Recharge now” during the break, and the three buttons follow the state, Start becoming Resume after a pause.

At the end of a work phase, your user has nothing to do: the session counter goes up a notch, a message announces the break, and the break starts on its own. The count of completed pomodoros stays on the device and is there again when the section is reopened; the session under way, though, doesn't carry on outside the section.

Anyone can change the durations, from 1 to 180 minutes for the work and from 1 to 60 for the break, and reset the counter after a confirmation. A student app, a course platform, a productivity magazine, a community of freelancers: wherever your users work, this section gives them a reason to open your app while they work, and not only between two tasks.
