# Resolve a Google Play rejection

If your app has been rejected by Google, open a support ticket and indicate the reasons given for the rejection.

Google will have informed you of their rejection **by email** and provided a justification for the decision.

Please transmit the entirety of the information provided to the support, including any screenshots.
