# Understand legal compliance and privacy settings

Certain regulations may require you to display terms of service, a privacy policy, a cookie policy, or other legal information such as GDPR on your Shopping App.
Within the **Shop Settings**, you can add your shop policies and legal terms.

## 1. Terms and conditions

In the menu Settings > Terms and condition , you will define the terms of use of your shop (refund policy, privacy policy, returns policy).

## 2. Cookies warning

Certain laws may require informing your users of cookies used in your PWA.

## 3. GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European law regulating how individuals and organizations may collect, use and retain personal data.
To comply with the GDPR, go to Settings > Privacy Center :: Tab Data Privacy.
