You reach everyone by push notification, and the Chatbot answers practical questions from your content. **### What can a hospital or clinic promote in its app?** Your services, new physicians, new departments, health events and prevention campaigns, as long as every claim is truthful and backed by evidence: in the United States, the FTC applies that rule to health advertising, apps included. HIPAA adds one limit: a patient's health information can't be used for marketing without their written authorization, so announce services to everyone rather than targeting patients by condition. In the UK, the ASA's CAP Code covers healthcare advertising. Have your compliance team review your texts. **### Can patients book appointments in the app?** Yes, through a link to your booking platform. Appointment and patient data are health information: keep them in the tools your facility already uses for that. The app presents your services and opens your platform, which keeps the appointments. **### Can patients see their test results or records in the app?** No. Results, reports and records are health data: they stay in your facility's patient portal, which the app can link to. **### What can we send as a push notification?** General information, the same for everyone: a new service, a change in visiting hours, works on site, a prevention campaign. Never anything about a specific patient's health: notifications show up on the phone's lock screen. **### Can a group of clinics share a single app?** Yes: one section per facility, one map pin per site and shared news.
