Real human support

At every step of the building process, and after the publication of your app, there is a team of passionate people who help you make the most of GoodBarber

Support+

  • GoodBarber Help Center

GoodBarber offers access to a large knowledge database, with detailed online helps and step by step videos.

  • Developer documentation

Detailed documentation is available to guide developers through specific settings operations.

  • Technical Support

    Native

A real person answers your email within one business day, Monday through Friday. Write in your own language: we answer in it, or in English if it is one we don't cover. The team works from our offices in Ajaccio, Corsica, and Coimbra, Portugal.

  • AI support assistant

An AI assistant is available from your back office. It answers with GoodBarber's support knowledge and the context of your own project, points you to the right documentation, and can open a ticket with the support team when needed.

  • GoodBarber Academy

Free courses to get better at building your app, each readable in one sitting, for content apps and for shops.

  • Custom development service

When a project needs something the platform does not do, our team takes on tailor-made developments.

The build+

  • Building guide

A step-by-step guide walks you through generating your app: developer accounts, certificates, and the build itself.

  • GoodBarber Takes Care

Hand the building and the submission of your iOS and Android apps over to the GoodBarber team. They publish on your own developer accounts, produce the store screenshots in every required size, and handle rejections with Apple and Google. The service works on submission credits, one per submission and per store.

  • Publishing guide

A second guide takes over once the app is built: creating your listing in App Store Connect and Google Play Console, filling in the information the stores require, and submitting.

  • GoodBarber Review

    iOS

When you entrust the publication of your iOS app to GoodBarber Takes Care, our team reviews it before submission, at no extra cost. The review includes a thorough check of your app and, if needed, a list of recommendations to maximize its chances of being published in the App Store. The team then generates the app and sends it to Apple.

  • Automatic screenshot generation

With GoodBarber Takes Care, our team creates the screenshots required by Apple and Google, in every size they ask for. If you publish on your own, a guide explains how to produce them from the web version of your app.

  • Automated build

    iOSAndroid

When you proceed with the building of your app, you send a request to one of our building servers which are 100% automated. You can quickly retrieve the executable file without having to wait for any human intervention and you can carry on with the publication process of your app.

  • Logging

A history of published versions gives you an overview of the major updates performed on your app.

  • Retro compatibility

When you update your app settings, modifications are applied to previously published versions, as long as they are compatible.

  • Renewing certificates

A simplified process lets you renew your build certificates from your back office. Renew them before they expire to avoid any interruption.

  • Universal download URL

A unique smart URL directs your user towards the right version of your app to download based on the device they use.

  • TestFlight beta testing

    iOS

Test your app before it goes live: invite your testers by email and they install the iOS version of your app through Apple's TestFlight.

  • Private and unlisted distribution

Not every app belongs in a public store listing. Publish unlisted on the App Store, distribute through Apple Business Manager, or hand out an Android Ad Hoc build, an exact replica of the app that will be published to the Play Store.

  • Store privacy declarations

Both stores ask you to declare what your app collects. Guides list the data types involved and what they are used for, so you fill in Google Play Data safety and Apple App Privacy without guessing.
