How to send invoices to your customers


Hello and welcome to your GoodBarber back office
Today we will learn how to set up your shop's invoices and how to communicate them to your clients. 


Your clients may need a proof of purchase and in some cases the law requires you to systematically provide an invoice to your clients following a purchase. So pay attention! 

Here we go! 

Each invoice contains the name of your shop, the address and the contact details of your shop. 
To set up this information, go to the menu Settings > Shop information. 
Fill in the Shop Address section, and all your details will appear on your invoice. 
And the Invoice Footer part, which allows you to add legal notices if necessary. 

That’s it! the information is saved.

Now let's see how to communicate an invoice to your client 

On the client side, it’s possible to retrieve the invoice directly from your app. 

To do this, your clients must log in to your shop.
go to "My Orders"
select the order in question
click on "View invoice" under the billing address.

Easy, isn't it?

If you need to retrieve it from your side, it's possible from the back office.

Let's go to the Orders menu

Click on the number of the order in question

Then on Print Invoice

There you go! Now you know how to set up your invoices, and communicate them to your clients!
