What's new at GoodBarber? December 2021

For the last month of 2021, we released our very popular Zapier connector on our Classic platform. For those of you not yet familiar with it, Zapier is a no-code automation too. 
Already available on our Shopping platform, you can now also automate actions from and to your Classic app. Zapier allows you to connect your app to thousands of online services helping you save time by automating repetitive tasks. 

You will find below the summary of the improvements and updates made during the month of December 2021.

GoodBarber Shopping App

 

  • Blog add-on

    • In template 8 & 9, fixed an issue that caused the title aligned left instead of center.  iOS

    • In detail views, fixed an issue that caused the bookmarks button being always selected. iOS

    Product detail page:

    • Fixed an SEO error by setting the brand of the product in the Product Structured Data.

  • Checkout page

    • Fixed an issue that could cause impossible to pay.

    • Fixed an issue that caused the checkbox to save the card for a later use not working.

    • Fixed an issue that caused the text about the account creation being cut.

  • About section

    • Fixed an issue that caused texts being displayed with the wrong font. iOS

  • Little Swipe navigation mode

    • Fixed an issue that caused the blur effect on the background not displayed correctly. iOS

  • Other fixes and improvements

    • Fixed an issue that caused a crash of the application when the user was clicking on some links. Android

    • Fixed an issue that caused some links to be opened in the web browser instead of inside the app. Android

  • Menu section:

    • On template 7, fixed an issue that caused some thumbnails not displayed. Android

    • Fixed an issue that caused the blur effect on the background not displayed correctly. iOS

  • Slate navigation mode:

    • Fixed an issue that caused a visual glitch when the menu is opened from the User Profile section.

  • Authentication add-on:

    • In the profile section, when using the camera to upload a profile picture, fixed an issue that caused this picture to be displayed with a wrong orientation. Android

  • Live+ add-on

    • You can now disable the blur effect on the background image by adding in the section the JSON property "blurEffectDisabled" set to 1. iOS Android PWA

    • Fixed an issue that caused the equaliser displayed on the volume bar. iOS

    • Fixed an issue that caused the default thumbnail not displayed as a background. Android

    • Fixed an issue that caused the player not to be displayed on the center of the screen. Android

  • External ads add-on

    • The AdMob SDK has been updated to the 20.0.0 version. Android

  • Plugin section 

    • You can now print the content of the current plugin page by using the method gbPrint().  iOS Android PWA

    • Fixed an issue that caused the gbDidSuccessGetMedia() callback being called with a wrong value for the data parameter. Android
