As you know, we have made it a point to improve GoodBarber day after day, and your suggestions are a great source of inspiration for us.

This month we have developed two novelties that you have been many to plebiscite:
You can find below a summary of the developments and updates made during July, 2019

General

  •  Form Section
    • ​New confirmation screen: you can now activate a preview screen for your users before the final submission of their Form 
  • Contact Section
    • New type of links: you can now add links to Instagram, WhatsApp et Skype.
 

 

iOS Native app

 

  • Article section : 

    • In the Template 1, fixed an issue that can caused a crash of the application when scrolling in the list.

  • Event section :

    • Event with an address can be now displayed on a map.

    • Fixed an issue that caused an “allDay” event start & end dates wrong.

    • Fixed an issue that caused a crash of the application when ads are disabled in this section.

    • Fixed an issue that caused a crash of the application after opening a lot of detail views.

    • Fixed an issue that caused the load more arrow displayed on overlay of the list.

  • SoundCloud section : 

    • Fixed an issue that caused the informations not displayed in the list.

  • Swipe navigation mode

    • Fixed an issue that caused the header partially hidden by the notch on iPhone X devices.

  • Authentication add-on

    • In the User profile header shortcut, fixed an issue that caused the profile image streched.

  • Chat add-on

    • Ads banner are now disabled in Chat sections.

  • Internal Ad Server add-on

    • Fixed an issue that caused the ad banner partially hidden by the TabBar on iPhone X devices.

  • External Ad Server add-on

    • Fixed an issue that caused the keyboard switching to QWERTY when clicking on a password field.

       

Android native app

 

  • Video section

    • Fixed an issue that can cause a crash of the application when opening a YouTube video.

  • Event section

    • Event with an address can be now displayed on a map.

    • Fixed an issue that caused an “allDay” event start & end dates wrong.

  • Submit section

    • Fixed an issue that caused the description not scrollable.

  • Custom section

    • In Template URL, a new JSON property “disableCacheRedirects” was added. This property can used to disable the cache on embedded browser.

  • Couponing add-on

    • Fixed an issue that caused coupons not displayed when getting the location was not allowed by the user.

    • Global number of uses available is now hidden is the coupon is unlimited.

  • iBeacons add-on

    • Fixed an issue that caused a crash of the application when the device was trying to find beacons.

PWA

 

 

  • Home section

    • In Widget Social Links, fixed an issue that caused links collapsing.

  • Event section

    • Event with an address can be now displayed on a map.

    • Fixed an issue that caused an “allDay” event start & end dates wrong.

    • Fixed a display issue on Mobile Safari iOS.

  • Form section

    • Fixed an issue that caused a glitch when address fields where autofilled on Google Chrome browser.

    • Country name are now properly translated into the app language.

  • Submit section

    • Now the text field is properly visible when the device keyboard is displayed and there’s already a photo uploaded.

  • Chat add-on

    • Fixed a display issue on the post bar view.

  • Other fixes and improvements

    • The core engine has been updated to Angular 8.

    • When the Home section is disabled, fixed a navigation issue when user was trying to go on a content item detail view.

Your Meta real estate catalog now shows up in your agency's app

The short version. Meta catalog, map and Meta catalog, listings are two extensions of GoodBarber, the no-code app builder, that read an agency's "Home listings" catalog, the XML feed it gives Meta for its real estate ads. Meta catalog, map fills a Map section: each property with a known position becomes a pin with its own page, sorted by distance when the app knows where the user is. Meta catalog, listings fills an Article section with the same properties, newest first. You connect them with the link to your catalog feed. Both are free for Content apps.Agencies build this catalog to reach buyers and tenants where they spend their time. Meta's apps were used by 3.60 billion people a day on average in June 2026, up 3% in a year, according to Meta's second quarter 2026 results published on July 29, 2026. Your Givebutter events and campaigns now show up in your app

The short version. Givebutter Events and Givebutter Campaigns are two extensions of GoodBarber, the no-code app builder, that read a nonprofit's campaigns on Givebutter. Givebutter Events fills a Calendar section with upcoming events, at their time in the event's time zone, with their location unless you share it with attendees only. Givebutter Campaigns fills an Article section with active forms and fundraising pages, with their cover image and description. You connect them with a Givebutter API key. Both are free for Content apps: each section counts as one of the extensions included in your plan.A lot of giving already goes through Givebutter. On Giving Tuesday 2025, supporters gave $20 million on the platform, up from $16.4 million in 2024, from more than 93,000 donors across 16,000 active campaigns, according to Givebutter's recap published on December 8, 2025.
