The discovery call, with the prospect's website already open

Thirty minutes, and three answers before the call: the website, the goal, the budget if they want to share it

Set up a "Discovery call" section in thirty-minute slots. Its booking form has three fields: a link for the website address, a text field for the goal ("more quote requests" or "fill the Saturday workshops"), and an optional number for the monthly budget they have in mind. You'll find these answers in the email confirming the call, sent to the prospect and to you, and in the event created in your Google Calendar. Set one day of minimum notice: you'll have gone through the site before the call, which starts from what you saw there.

What prospects see before they call

Case studies

One article per client who agreed to be named: where they started, what you put in place, what changed, with no figure you couldn't back up.

Your method

What follows the call, the action plan, the first weeks, the monthly check-in: prospects know what they're signing up for and what you'll expect from them.

The podcast

Podcast Feed reads the RSS address from your podcast host: each new episode lands in the app without being posted twice.

The video of the week

A YouTube section linked to your channel shows every new video, such as a ten-minute teardown of a home page.

Upcoming workshops

Topic, date and time in the CMS Agenda; when the moment comes, the workshop streams live in the app's Live Video section.

Three consulting tasks handed to AI

Preparing the call, answering prospects, publishing your notes: each use shows what it costs.
To prepare

A ten-point checklist before the call

Describe it in one sentence: "ten points a business owner checks off before our call, like knowing where their customers come from or whether their site displays well on a phone". The AI Extension Builder adds that section to your app, in the same style as the others. What they check stays on their phone and never reaches you: they tell you at the start of the call what's missing.

To answer

"Do you work with restaurants?"

The Chatbot draws on your case studies, articles and workshop dates, and names the article its answer comes from. It makes no diagnosis, gives no personalized advice and doesn't book the call for the prospect.
$35/month
To publish

Workshop notes turned into an article, out Tuesday at 8 a.m.

With MCP, installed by default, you paste your notes from a workshop into Claude or ChatGPT: the assistant writes the article, files it in the right section and sets its publication date. It asks for your confirmation before acting, and nothing goes live until you say yes.

How much does a marketing consultant app cost?

To be on both stores, the app starts with the Premium plan, which includes Podcast Feed, YouTube, Live Video, the AI Extension Builder and MCP at no extra cost. Booking discovery calls is an add-on to Premium; the Pro plan already has it. The Chatbot is priced separately.
Premium · iPhone, Android and web app for your practice$55 /month, billed annually
Appointment booking add-on for your calls, on Premium$15 /month
Pro · call booking included$105 /month, billed annually
On top of that, paid directly to the stores: your Apple and Google developer accounts.

Marketing consultants: your questions before building the app

What does a prospect fill in before the discovery call?

The three fields of the booking form: their website address, their goal and, if they're willing, their monthly budget. That form serves all your booking sections: if you open one for your clients' monthly check-ins, keep the budget optional. For a screenshot of their analytics, add a Form section: the booking form doesn't take files.

How do I publish a case study without upsetting the client?

Ask for their permission, then have them read the article before you publish. Three parts are enough: the starting point, what you did, what changed. State the result with facts they'll recognize, "requests now come in through the website", rather than a percentage no one can check. Sort your case studies by industry, so a prospect quickly finds one close to theirs.

My podcast already exists: do I have to repost the episodes in the app?

No. Podcast Feed pulls from the RSS address your podcast host provides: older episodes show up, and new ones add themselves. If you also film, a YouTube section tied to your channel does the same for videos; with Automatic push turned on for that section, each new video triggers a notification.

How do I run a live workshop in the app?

Announce it in the CMS Agenda, then stream it in the Live Video section, where you schedule your broadcast hours; outside them, the section shows the text and image of your choice, like the date of the next workshop. Collect questions ahead of time through a Form. Afterward, the recording you post on your YouTube channel joins the app's video section.

Can the app run marketing campaigns for my clients?

No. This app is yours: it presents your method and gets your calls booked. It handles no ads, no social media and no bulk email. Its push notifications go to people who installed your app and accepted notifications, never to the customers of a business you advise.

Can prospects pay for the discovery call or a project in the app?

No. Nothing is collected through the app, neither at booking nor after the call, and no invoice comes out of it. If the call is free, the section name can say so; if you charge for it, mention it in an article and bill it with your usual tool, like your projects and workshops.

Can I see which articles get read the most?

Yes. The app's statistics are in the back office, and MCP lets you query them from Claude or ChatGPT: "which articles were read the most last month?". You see which case studies hold attention, though the app can't tell you how many projects those reads brought in.
Your case studies speak for you, and each discovery call starts with the prospect's website
Method and case studies as articles, a podcast and a video of the week, live workshops, thirty-minute discovery calls linked to your Google Calendar, and an app under your name on both stores.
