Your Kyero listings now show up in your real estate agency's app
GoodBarber apps can now show a real estate agency's properties from its Kyero feed, on a map or as a list of listings. A real estate agency that already publishes its properties on Kyero no longer has to enter them a second time in its app.

Kyero, two new sources for your real estate agency's app
The short version. Kyero, map and Kyero, listings are two extensions of GoodBarber, the no-code app builder, that read the Kyero feed a real estate agency's software already publishes. Kyero, map fills a Map section: each property with a known location becomes a pin with its own page, sorted by distance when the app knows where the user is. Kyero, listings fills an Article section with all the properties, including those without a location. You connect them with the link to your Kyero feed. Both are free for Content apps.
Kyero is where many real estate agencies in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy meet buyers from abroad. When idealista announced it was acquiring the portal, Kyero worked with more than 7,000 agents and drew about 1.2 million visits a month, according to OnlineMarketplaces on December 9, 2024. Here is how the two extensions play out for a real estate agency on the Costa del Sol.
What happens when the real estate agency adds a new villa?

On Monday morning, the real estate agency enters a new villa in Witei, its real estate software. Witei regenerates its Kyero feed every hour, and GoodBarber reads that feed about every 15 minutes: within an hour and a quarter at most, the villa appears in the real estate agency's app, as a pin on the map and at the top of the listings.
It arrives complete: its price, its photos and virtual tour, its built area and plot, its bedrooms, bathrooms and energy rating, and its description. The page also shows the real estate agency's phone number and email address when the feed makes them public, and a link to the listing on the real estate agency's website. When the villa goes under offer, then sells, the real estate agency updates it in Witei and it leaves the app on its own.
Who sees what, and in which language?

The listings follow the language you choose, and the map follows the buyer. A buyer in Manchester browses the villas in English from home. During a viewing trip in Marbella, the same buyer opens the map and sees the properties closest to where they stand first.
Kyero feeds often carry each description in several languages, up to 13. The optional language setting of the section picks the one your app shows, along with the language of labels such as "Bedrooms" or "Price on request": English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch. A property without a precise location still appears in Kyero, listings, but not on the map: GoodBarber does not guess addresses.
How do you connect your Kyero feed to your app?
The Kyero sections read the XML feed your software already sends to Kyero, in the Kyero V3 format.
- In your real estate software (Witei, Houzez Property Feed, WP-ImmoMakler…), copy the link to your Kyero V3 XML feed.
- In your back office, add a section and choose Kyero, map or Kyero, listings in the "Bring your content from…" block.
- Paste the link into "Link to the agency's Kyero feed". If your feed is protected by a username and password, include them in the link.
- Optionally, choose the language of the listings, then save the section.
The extensions only read the feed: nothing is ever sent back to your software or to Kyero.
How do you add Kyero to your GoodBarber app?
Open your back office and add a section, or start from the Kyero, map and Kyero, listings pages of the Extension Store. Building an app for your real estate agency? Our real estate agency app page shows what else it can hold, and our guide to appointment booking apps shows how to add bookings, so buyers can book a viewing right after finding a property.
These two extensions are part of four we released together for real estate agencies: the other two read the Meta catalog your real estate agency may already use for its Facebook and Instagram ads.
If your real estate agency needs something this version does not do, tell our support team from your back office.
