The discovery session, then the next sessions
Your future client picks a free slot from their phone, at any time
With Appointment booking, someone who has just found you books their discovery session without calling, then your clients book the next sessions as the coaching goes on. Each slot takes only one booking, and each booking triggers a confirmation email, to you and to your client.

Each session format has its own length
Thirty minutes to get acquainted, one hour for a session, an hour and a half for the review
Create one section per session format, each with its own slot length, and link them to your Google Calendar. Set your days and hours and your exceptional closures, and leave a gap between your time ranges to reread your notes before the next client. The slots offered are calculated from these settings.

Your Google Calendar stays the reference
Synced both ways, with one calendar per coach if you work as a team
Appointment booking connects to your Google Calendar: a session booked in the app is added to it, and a slot you block in Google is no longer offered. If you work with other coaches, each one has their own calendar, with their hours and time off, and the client chooses who to book with.

A client-only area, between sessions
Exercises and audio recordings, visible only to the clients you add
With Authentication, your clients sign in to the app; with User groups, you open to the clients you are coaching a section other visitors cannot see: this week's exercise, a self-observation grid, a guided visualization to listen to. A targeted push alerts the group when you publish. Access is set by group, not client by client: your session notes stay out of the app.

From first contact to the tenth session: what you set up, in practice
Four settings, in this order.
Your session formats
Discovery session, session, end-of-coaching review: one section per format, with its own slot length.Your calendar
Link your sections to your Google Calendar, then enter your hours and your time off, spacing out your time ranges if you want a break between two sessions. The intake questionnaire
Create a Form section with your questions and choose the address that receives the answers. The client area
Turn on Authentication, create the group of clients you are coaching and reserve the exercises section for it.

Three concrete uses, with their price.
To support
A commitment log between two sessions
Describe the section in the back office, for example a log where the client writes down the commitment made in session and ticks off what they did each day, and the AI Extension Builder generates it in your app, in your design. The data stays on their phone.
Free

Coach app: frequently asked questions
Does the client pay for the session in the app?
No: Appointment booking reserves a slot, without payment. Your sessions are paid as they are today, by bank transfer, payment link or at your office, and your prices are shown on a page of the app.
Does the app send a reminder before the session?
Not automatically: each booking triggers a confirmation email, to you and to your client. For a reminder, schedule a push notification from the back office.
Can sessions take place by video call?
Yes, with the video call tool you already use: create a “Video session” section and send the link to your client. The app books the slot; it does not host the call.
Can a client book all their coaching at once?
They book one session at a time, on a free slot, and can book the next ones in advance. Each booking triggers its own confirmation email.
Where should session notes go?
Outside the app. The client area opens by group, not client by client: it suits the exercises and recordings shared by your clients, not personal session reports. What a client tells you stays in your notes.
What about selling an online program?
Add Memberships to the same app: your video modules are reserved for subscribers, who pay through the App Store or Google Play. That is the topic of the coaching program subscription app page.
