Create a pedicure app
Pedicure app for your studio and home visits: routes by area, and family members can book too
Clients come to your studio or see you at home on the day your route reaches their neighborhood, and a relative can book in their place, even from miles away.
Your foot care app is built without code and goes out on iOS, Android and the web: one calendar for the studio, another for home visits, a map of the towns you cover, a form for retirement homes and a page that explains how you work.

Her daughter books for her, from miles away
The form collects everything you need to get in the door
Your client is 84 and doesn't own a smartphone. Her daughter, who lives in another city, opens your app, picks a Tuesday in the home-visit section and fills in the form: her mother's name, address, floor, building door code, a number to call, and whether her mother will be alone or with someone. She gets the confirmation email, and so do you, and her answers show up in the description of the event added to your Google Calendar. On the morning of your route, everything is on your phone.

The studio on one side, your route on the other
Two sections, two Google Calendars, two slot lengths
At the studio, a full foot care session fits into 45 minutes. At home, it takes longer: unpacking your kit, getting the client settled, packing up, then driving to the next address; set those slots to 75 minutes. Each place has its own booking section, slot length and Google Calendar: the studio day on one side, the route with its addresses on the other. The booking form is shared by both sections, so make the address and door code optional, and studio clients simply skip those fields.

Tuesdays up north, Thursdays down south
The home-visit section only opens on route days
Time ranges are set day by day: the home-visit section opens on Tuesdays for the northern towns and on Thursdays for the southern ones, from 9 am to 12:45 pm and from 2 to 5:45 pm, which makes six 75-minute visits. The studio takes the other days. The next visit usually falls four to six weeks later, within a calendar open two months ahead; for a client without a phone, enter it yourself in the route's Google Calendar, and the slot closes. Your vacation goes in as one-off closures; any visit already booked on those days is cancelled, and whoever booked it gets an email.

How much does a pedicure app cost?
Your studio and your route both run on appointments: choose the Premium plan with the Appointment booking add-on, or the Pro plan, which already has it. The retirement-home Form, the map of your towns and the contact page add nothing to the bill.
| Premium · your app published in the stores | $55 /month, billed yearly |
| The Appointment booking add-on, for both calendars | $15 /month |
| Pro · studio and route bookable, no add-on | $105 /month, billed yearly |
Your Apple and Google developer accounts are paid directly to the stores. On the Standard plan, your app only exists as a web version, without booking.
Pedicure at the studio and at home: seven questions pros ask
How do I keep studio appointments separate from home visits?
With two booking sections, "At the studio" and "At home," each with its own slot length and Google Calendar: 45 minutes for one, 75 for the other. As long as their opening days don't overlap, they can't get in each other's way. Studio in the morning and your route in the afternoon of the same day? Then link both sections to the same Google Calendar: a visit booked in one closes the slots it overlaps in the other.
Can I open home visits only on the days I'm in a given area?
Yes, that's what opening days are for: the home-visit section opens only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To make sure a client in the south can't book a Tuesday, go one step further: one section per area, "North" open on Tuesdays, "South" on Thursdays. The map in the app shows everyone which area they're in.
Can a client's daughter book for him?
Yes: the person booking doesn't have to be the person you're visiting. Add a field to the form for the client's name and another for a phone number to call if something comes up. The confirmation email goes to whoever booked, and to you; she can also cancel, from the app or through the link in that email, and the slot opens up again.
How do I organize a day at a retirement home?
The residence sends you a request through the Form in your app: preferred date, number of residents, name of the on-site contact. Once you've agreed on a date, block out the whole day in the Google Calendar of the section that's open that day: that one-off event removes all your slots for the day from the app. You then set the order of visits with the staff.
Will my older clients get a reminder?
No, the app sends no automatic reminder before the visit, and no text message. The confirmation email goes to the person who booked: when that's a relative, they keep track of the date and can give their parent a call the day before. A push notification scheduled from the back office works for announcements, but it goes to all users or to a group, never to one client.
Can I ask health questions in the form?
As few as possible, and in line with the rules where you work. Booking form answers travel by email and land in your Google Calendar: GoodBarber isn't built to hold care records. Stick to what helps you prepare the visit, like stairs with no elevator, a dog in the house or a key left with a neighbor.
Should I keep my invoicing software alongside the app?
Yes. The app books visits, keeps clients informed and takes requests from residences; your invoices, payments and client files stay in the tool you already use. It takes no payment at all, no session fee and no deposit: clients pay at the end of the visit.
Extension Store
Both calendars, studio and home, run on Appointment booking, which you add to Premium or get with Pro. Requests from residences come in through the Form, the map shows your towns, the contact page gives your number, articles explain how you work, and a push notification announces your summer break.
Your studio, your route and the families who book: one app under your name
One calendar for the studio, another for your route, areas open on set days and a form designed for families: your foot care business has its own app, on phones and on computers.
