Find my car

As they park, your user taps a button. The section records the device's GPS coordinates and shows how long the car has been there. On the way back, a second button opens the directions in Google Maps from wherever they are standing. The coordinates stay on the device, and a discreet link wipes them. If location access is denied, the section shows a dedicated screen explaining how to turn it back on, instead of staying silent.

A shopping center adds it for Saturday afternoons, a festival for its park-and-ride lots, a ski resort for its valley parking. You have no content to produce and nothing to set up: the section does not depend on your CMS, it asks for no user account, and it earns its place on the way back, often several hours after the app was opened.

This is not a service people use every day, but it counts on the day it is needed: arms full, night fallen, in a multi-level parking garage. And on that day, your app is the one your user opens.
