Draw a zone around each stage in the back office: the entrance of the national park, the ferry terminal, the last gas station before 100 miles of desert. Travelers must have allowed the app to use their location, and the number of zones depends on your plan.

Road trip app: questions from agencies
Does the app guide the driver turn by turn?
No: each stop hands over to the guidance app already on the phone, Google Maps or Apple Maps for instance. Your app gives the day's route, the stops and your advice; navigation stays with those apps.
When does the stage message appear?
When the phone enters the zone drawn around the stage, if the traveler has allowed the app to use their location. The trigger happens on the phone: you don't have to send anything.
How many zones can I draw?
It depends on your plan. With the one-time payment Pro plan, the number is unlimited.
Can I keep itineraries for the clients who booked?
Yes, by adding two extensions, Authentication then User groups: each itinerary is then only visible to the travelers in its group.
Can clients book or pay for their road trip in the app?
No: the app books nothing and collects nothing. A form sends you their request, and you reply with your quote.
How much does a road trip app cost?
