Create a beauty salon app
Beauty salon app: your treatment menu, multi-session courses and a calendar for each treatment room
Clients see how long each treatment takes and what to know beforehand, then book an open slot in the right room; the confirmation email goes out on its own.
Build your salon's own app without writing code, native on iOS and Android with a web version too: treatment menu, pre-facial questionnaire, aftercare advice, loyalty card and, if you turn it on, one booking calendar per room.

The solo beautician with one room
Waxing, facials and manicures happen in the same room: one booking section is enough, with a slot length suited to your most requested treatments. A longer treatment booked by phone and entered in your Google Calendar closes the slots it overlaps.
The salon with three treatment rooms
Waxing room in 15-minute slots, facial room in one-hour slots, body room in 90-minute slots: each room has its own booking section and Google Calendar. Picking a treatment means picking its room.
The salon that sells courses
Six laser hair removal sessions, ten lymphatic drainage sessions: the course is paid for at the salon, then the client books each session one at a time, at the interval you recommend; the app doesn't count down the course.
What your clients read before booking
The treatment menu
Each treatment with its length, its effect and its price: a quarter of an hour for brows, an hour for a hydrating facial.
Before your first facial
A questionnaire filled in within the app, built with the Form extension: pregnancy, allergies, reactive skin, current medication.
Courses and packages
How many sessions, how far apart, and how to book them: one after another, each on an open slot.
Aftercare
After waxing or a peel, what to avoid over the following days: sun, sport, the steam room.
Regrowth, area by area
How many weeks to wait before coming back for brows, underarms or legs, so clients rebook at the right time.
The salon and its team
Your beauticians and their specialties, access, parking and opening hours.
One calendar per treatment room, not per beautician
Two rooms mean two treatments at a time, even with three beauticians
Each room gets a booking section of its own, with its slot length and its Google Calendar: the waxing room runs on 15-minute slots, the facial room on 60-minute slots. A slot can only be booked once, so two clients never end up in the same room at the same time. When the laser machine is out for servicing, an event in its room's Google Calendar closes that room in the app while it is away.

Clients choose a treatment, then a time
The confirmation goes out by email without you thinking about it
In the app, clients tap the treatment they want, pick a day and an open slot, then fill in three fields: name, phone number, treatment wanted. Once they confirm, they and the salon each get a confirmation email, and the room's Google Calendar shows the appointment. If they cancel from the app or their email, the slot opens up again and the salon is told by email.

Your opening hours, late Thursdays included
Two time ranges a day, training days closed in advance
Set each room's time ranges day by day: 9 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm, until 9 pm on Thursdays. Close your training day ahead of time; any appointment already booked that day is cancelled, and the client receives an email. A 3-hour minimum notice rules out last-minute bookings and leaves time to prepare the room; the booking window opens six weeks ahead, no further.

Three uses of AI in a beauty salon app
Each use shows what it costs.
To answer
Answers drawn from your advice sheets
"Can I wax before going out in the sun?" The Chatbot draws on the advice sheets published in your app and cites the one it used. It makes no skin diagnosis.
$35/month
To extend
A "which facial suits my skin?" quiz
Describe it in the back office, for instance "five questions about skin type, then the matching facial from my menu", and the AI Extension Builder generates that section, in your app's colors.
Free
To publish
A new treatment sheet, written with Claude or ChatGPT
With the MCP server, your AI assistant can act in the app. Give it your notes on the treatment (steps, length, precautions): it formats the sheet, you read it over, and it only adds it to the menu once you approve.
Included
Extension Store
Appointment booking handles bookings, from Premium or included in Pro; the free Form carries the pre-treatment questionnaire; regulars get the Loyalty card, and the most loyal the Club card, both of which require Authentication.
A beauty salon app in seven questions
Can brows and facials have different appointment lengths?
Yes, as long as they happen in different rooms, because a booking section has only one slot length: 15 minutes for the brow and waxing room, one hour for the facial room. A longer wax, such as full legs, is then booked by phone and entered in the room's Google Calendar. If everything happens in one room, keep a single section: two sections for the same room could give the same hour to two clients.
I have three beauticians and two rooms: how do I avoid three appointments at once?
Create two booking sections, one per room, not one per beautician. A slot takes one client only, so at 3 pm there are at most two clients, one in each room. Your beauticians' shifts stay in your usual rota: the app handles client appointments, not staff schedules.
A client has bought a course of six sessions: how do they book them?
One at a time, at the pace you recommend; they can book the next one on their way out. The app doesn't count down the package: you keep track of the sessions left as you do today, on the client's record card or in your till software.
Can I ask contraindication questions before a first treatment?
Yes, in a Form section, separate from booking: pregnancy, allergies, reactive skin, current medication, with required fields. Each completed questionnaire reaches you by email. Only ask what the treatment calls for: this is health information. The booking form, shared by every room, stays short.
Is the appointment confirmation automatic?
Yes: every booking sends a confirmation email to the client and to the app's administrators. There is no automatic reminder the day before, though, and no text message. If you want to remind clients, send a scheduled push notification from the back office: it reaches all users or a group, never a single client.
Can I reward loyalty without permanent discounts?
Yes, with the Loyalty card: at each visit, the client scans the QR code at your front desk with the app, and a treatment of your choice is offered once the card is full, after ten visits for example. To get a card, a client creates an account in the app, so Authentication is needed too. The Club card adds three levels based on the number of completed cards, with perks for each level, such as a free lash tint.
How much does a beauty salon app cost?
To publish your salon's app on the stores, start from the Premium plan and add Appointment booking; with the Pro plan, booking is already there. The Standard plan, which only publishes a web version, has neither booking nor a loyalty card. The Loyalty card stays a paid add-on even with Pro, and needs Authentication (a Premium add-on, included in Pro); the Form behind the questionnaire and the AI Extension Builder cost nothing. Apple and Google bill their developer accounts separately.
