Before any program, a consultation
30 minutes to choose the right program: target exam, test date, current level
This consultation is what points the student to an intensive course, year-round classes or study guides alone. The student, or their parent, picks a free half hour in the consultations section. The form asks for the target exam, the test date, the current level and a phone number. Everyone gets a confirmation email, and the consultation is added to the advisor's Google Calendar, answers included. A 24-hour minimum notice gives the advisor time to read the file.

Graduate admissions tests with Nadia, language tests with Julian
An admissions test and a language test aren't prepared the same way. Each advisor has a consultations section linked to their own Google Calendar: Nadia handles admissions tests, Julian language tests. Students open their track's section and see only the right advisor's free hours. On Saturdays when Nadia proctors a practice exam, she blocks the morning in her calendar, and her consultations for those mornings vanish from the app.

How much does an exam prep app cost?
A prep center on the App Store and Google Play starts with the Premium plan. For consultations and the enrolled students' guides, it adds booking, Authentication and its User groups, three options the Pro plan bundles from the start.

Exam prep: your questions about the app
How do I announce practice tests?
In an Agenda section, one event per test: date, check-in time, room, length. With Automatic push (free) switched on for that section, each test sends its own notification on test day, not at publication. A week ahead, schedule an extra notification for the group concerned only.
Can study guides stay limited to enrolled students?
Yes: that's what Authentication, combined with User groups, is for. Each enrolled student creates an account, and you place them in their program's group from the back office: "High school", "Admissions tests" or "Language test". Their guides and past exams only show up for that group; the calendar and consultation booking stay open to everyone.
Can a parent book the consultation for their child?
Yes. They book on the student's behalf, from their own phone, and the confirmation email goes to them, cancellation link included. Put the student's first name and grade in the form, plus one question: will the student be there? The advisor then knows who they'll be talking to.
Can students sign up and pay for an intensive course in the app?
They can request a spot, not pay for it. A pre-registration Form collects the chosen course, grade and contact details; each pre-registration sends an email to your address, and the full list exports as CSV. Your team confirms the spot, then collects the fees as it does today. The course doesn't go through Appointment booking: each slot there takes one booking, not a whole room of students.
How does each student keep track of the days left?
With a countdown built with the AI Extension Builder: the student enters their test date, and the app shows the days remaining, next to the study plan they check off. Everything is saved on their phone. Shared dates, like the March practice exam, also appear in your Agenda.
Can we sell access to past exams with answer keys?
Yes, with Memberships in the native apps: subscribers pay for access to a content section, such as past exams with answer keys or strategy videos. Apple and Google keep their share, between 15 and 30%. Only content is sold this way: the prep program, the intensive course and the consultation are paid for outside the app.
Does the app grade practice tests?
No. No feature grades or scores a paper, and neither does the Chatbot. Your teachers grade practice tests as they do now. After each test, however, the app can publish the answer key and your general comments for the group.
