The first meeting

A couple browses your weddings, one article per celebration with the venue, the theme and the photos, then books a first meeting. Your booking form, which every appointment section shares, asks for the planned date, the number of guests and the region: three answers that also help with venue visits.
See appointment booking

The invitation

You create the "Lea and Hugo, June 12" section and keep it out of the main menu. Its link becomes the QR code printed on the invitation: guests open it in their browser, without downloading the app or creating an account, and find the schedule, the map of the venues, the shuttle times and the reply form.
See the form

The morning after

From the link on the invitation, guests send their photos through the Submission Section, no account needed. Nothing goes live without you: you pick the best ones and republish them in the wedding's section, which becomes the couple's album.

Three wedding moments

The first meeting, the invitation, the morning after: three moments when your agency's app replaces emails and phone calls.

A wedding in your app, from first meeting to the morning after

What you publish before the contract, during the preparations, then three months before the big day.
  1. Before the contract

Your weddings in pictures, one gallery per celebration, your packages and what they include, the vendors you work with and a link to their sites: a couple who is still deciding sees your work before booking a first meeting.
  2. During the preparations

Venue visits are booked in their own section, one seat per slot, with a confirmation email. The couple follows their deadlines in the planning timeline, worked out from their wedding date.
  3. Three months before

You open the wedding's section, out of the menu, with the schedule, the map of the venues and the reply form, then turn its link into the QR code for the invitation.

What a wedding planner puts in their app

Your weddings

One article per celebration, with its photo gallery: the venue, the season, the theme, and what the couple had asked you for.

Your packages

Day-of coordination, full planning, a wedding abroad: what each package includes, and how far ahead couples should book you.

Your vendors

The caterer, photographer, florist and DJ you work with, each with a link to their site, or a pin on the map.

Appointments

First meeting, venue visit, check-in before the big day: one section per type of appointment, each with your hours.

Each wedding's section

Kept out of the menu, it opens from its link: the schedule, getting there, where to stay, the dress code.

Guests' replies

One form per wedding: attending or not, number of people, menu choice. Each reply also reaches you by email.

The countdown

The Countdown extension shows the days left until the celebration.

AI in your wedding planning agency

Three uses: the couple's planning timeline, writing and translation, tasks handed to your assistant.

The wedding planning timeline

With the AI Extension Builder, describe the section: the couple enters their wedding date, the app works out the deadlines (venue, caterer and photographer, invitations, menu tasting, guest list, seating plan) and keeps the steps they ticked on their phone. The steps and their timing are the ones you write in your request.

The schedule translated for guests from abroad

For a wedding in Provence where half the guests are British, the back office AI Assistant translates the schedule in one click. It also drafts a wedding's article from your notes, in your agency's tone.

A wedding's section prepared from Claude or ChatGPT

"In Lea and Hugo's section, create the Schedule article with these times, then add the estate and the hotel to the map." "List this week's venue visits with the answers to the form." With MCP, your AI assistant carries out these requests once you approve them, and tells you what it did.

How much does a wedding planner app cost?

From Premium on, your app ships as a native iPhone and Android app; add Appointment booking, which Pro already has built in. Each wedding's section, the reply form and the Submission Section add nothing to the bill.
Premium · iOS, Android and web app$55 /month, billed annually
Appointment booking, with Premium$15 /month
Pro · Appointment booking included$105 /month, billed annually
The web-only version, the Standard plan, doesn't include appointment booking. Your agency's Apple or Google developer account is paid directly to the stores.

Wedding planners: questions about the app

Which wedding app builder should a wedding planner use?

One that does your agency's work: showing your weddings, taking appointments and welcoming each wedding's guests. With GoodBarber you build that app yourself, no coding, for iPhone, Android and the browser. The other wedding trades have their own page: photographer, caterer, DJ.

Do guests need to download the app or create an account?

No. Their wedding's section, kept out of the menu, opens from its link in the phone's browser: the QR code on the invitation is enough. Guests who want the app can install it, but they don't have to.

How do couples book the first meeting and venue visits?

Every kind of appointment gets a separate section with its own hours. The couple picks a slot, fills in the booking form, shared by all your appointment sections, and gets a confirmation email.

Can guests reply to the invitation in the app?

Yes, through a form placed in the wedding's section: attending or not, number of people, menu choice, or any fields you want. Each reply reaches you by email.

Can guests share their wedding photos?

Yes, through the Submission Section, no account needed, from the link on the invitation. An app has only one Submission Section: photos from all your weddings arrive there, with the date they were sent, and you republish the ones you keep in each wedding's section.

What happens to a wedding's section after the celebration?

Keep it as the couple's album, or unpublish it: it then can't be opened at all, not even from its link. An app holds up to 120 sections, so delete the ones from past seasons when you run out of room.

How much does an app for a wedding planner cost?

Two ways: Premium with Appointment booking added, or Pro, where it comes built in. The price box above shows each amount in your currency; for everything else, see the pricing page.

Can I show the weddings I've planned?

Yes, as long as the couple agrees, and the photographer too for their pictures. One article per wedding, with its gallery, makes a portfolio that a couple discovering you can browse before booking.

Can I feature the vendors I work with?

Yes: one article per vendor, with photos and a link to their site, or a pin on the map when they have an address to visit, such as an estate or a bridal shop.
