Create a mindfulness coach app
Mindfulness and meditation coach app: your programs run by cohort, with the day's audio every morning
Each cohort has its own space, closed to the others; practices open week after week, and the morning notification only reaches the participants concerned.
Give your mindfulness coaching its own iPhone and Android app, without code: one group per cohort, reserved sections, audio practices, targeted messages and the questions that come in between two sessions.

One cohort, one group, one closed space
Each cohort only sees its own program
With Authentication, every participant opens an account in the app. You then place them in their cohort's group, “March session” or “Tuesday evening group”. That cohort's sections only appear to its members; when the cycle ends, a former participant keeps their group or joins the alumni group.

The day's audio, every morning, to the right group
The week's notifications scheduled ahead, sent to the current cohort only
On Sunday evening, put the week's practices online: body scan, mindful breathing, slow walking. Then schedule one message per morning, addressed to the cohort's group. At 7 a.m., the participant opens the app and starts the day's exercise; the other cohorts receive nothing.

Attention exercises for what comes next
Three minutes to come back to the breath, ten for a body scan: the alumni library
Mindfulness plays out after the program. Gather short attention exercises in one section, to play before a meeting or on the commute, and open it to the alumni group. On iPhone as on Android, playback continues with the phone locked, and each exercise saved as a bookmark stays available offline.

A cohort app, a group chat or a training platform?
Three ways to support a cohort between two sessions.
| Your app with GoodBarber | Group chat | Online training platform | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Practices sorted by week | sections reserved for the group | somewhere in the thread | training modules |
| A morning message for that cohort only | scheduled push, targeted by group | sent by hand | depending on the platform |
| Playback with the phone locked, and offline | iPhone and Android apps | depending on the shared file | depending on the platform |
| Under your name in the stores | yes | no | depending on the platform |
| Paying for the program | outside the app, as today | outside the app | depending on the platform |
Questions between two sessions
A form for the week's observations, an agenda for the meetings
A Form section collects participants' questions and observations; they reach you by email and feed the next meeting. The Agenda lists group sessions, in a room or by video call, with the link to the tool you usually use. And if the cohort wants to talk, the Chat extension opens a conversation between members.

AI in service of the program
Two tools, and their price.
To schedule
Eight weeks of messages prepared from Claude
Paste your program outline into Claude, or ChatGPT, which the MCP server links to your app: the assistant prepares the morning pushes for the cohort's group, you review, you confirm.
Included
To observe
An emotion wheel
Describe the section in the back office: three rings, from the broadest emotions to the finest, and an observation question for each. The AI Extension Builder writes the section for you, in your visual identity.
Free
The eight-week program
One cohort per season, a section that opens every Monday, an audio every morning.
Mindfulness at work
One group per enrolled team: each only sees its own cycle, and messages follow its calendar.
The guide who prefers subscriptions
When your meditations are for anyone, with no cohort or calendar, the subscription app is simpler.
The meditation subscription appMindfulness coach app: frequently asked questions
Can participants pay for the program in the app?
No. An app built on groups does not use Memberships: the two setups exclude each other. Participants pay for the program through your usual means, invoice or online payment, and the app serves as their practice space.
Can a participant belong to two groups?
Yes: they then see the sections of both, for example their cohort's and the alumni library.
Can I run the group session live in the app?
A Live Video broadcast is visible to every user of the app: it cannot be reserved for one cohort. For a private session, keep your video call tool and post its link in the group's section.
Can I publish a mindfulness podcast open to everyone, alongside the cohorts?
Yes: a section with no restriction stays visible to all, signed in or not. Your episodes on attention make your approach known there; the program's practices stay in the group's sections.
Does the app replace therapeutic care?
No. A mindfulness program is not a treatment; if a participant is going through psychological difficulty, refer them to a health professional, and say so in the description of your program as well.
What budget for a mindfulness coach app?
Count Premium to be on iPhone and Android, plus account sign-in and groups, two options; on Pro, they come as part of the plan. Messages, hosting and updates are covered.

What keeps a cohort program running: User groups and Authentication (optional on Premium, built into Pro), then notifications, the Podcasts section, articles, the form, the Agenda and the MCP server.
How much does an app for a cohort program cost?
Publishing on iPhone and Android requires the Premium plan. For cohorts, add participant sign-in (Authentication) and their sorting (User groups); Pro already contains both. No subscription to sell: a participant gets in because you add them.
| Premium · iPhone, Android and web version | $55 /month, billed yearly |
| Authentication, on Premium | $12 /month |
| User groups, on Premium | $5 /month |
| Pro · both options bundled | $105 /month, billed yearly |
The developer accounts you open with Apple and with Google are paid separately, to them.
