The lineup, stage by stage

Each set is an event: artist, stage, time on stage

Enter every set in the Agenda section, with the time, the stage, a photo of the artist and a link to one of their songs. Festival-goers flip through the lineup day by day, favorite the sets they can't miss and build their own route through the weekend. If a band cancels or a set slips by an hour, you correct the event and the app shows the right time straight away.

The site map in their pocket

Stages, bars, water points, first aid, campsite: every landmark on the map

The Map section pins every landmark on the site: the stages, the gates, the bars, the water points, the restrooms, the first aid post, the campsite, the shuttle stop. Each landmark has its own card, with a photo and a short instruction, “Free drinking water, bring your bottle”. People arriving from the station start directions to the gate with a single tap.

An alert when a set moves

Push for stage changes, Geofencing to greet people at the gates

A storm delays the main stage? A set moves to the tent? Write a push and send it to every festival-goer, or only to phones inside the site perimeter you draw on the map. Geofencing greets everyone approaching the gates with a message prepared in advance: opening time, bag checks, which entrance to use. It only shows on phones that share their location.

Your sponsors on screen, and a live set for those who couldn't come

The internal ad server for sponsors, Live Video for the live stream

The internal ad server shows your sponsors' banners in the app, on the dates and platforms you choose: the partner radio station on Saturday, the bus company on Sunday evening. For those without a ticket, the Live Video section streams a set from your broadcasting provider; outside the broadcast hours, it shows the text and image of your choice.

What AI brings to your festival

Two uses, with their price.
To answer

An assistant that knows the festival

“Can I bring a water bottle in? What time does the last band play?” The Chatbot digs through your sets, articles and map landmarks for the answer, and replies in the festival-goer's language.

A grid of overlapping sets

Write down the section you have in mind, for example “a grid of sets by stage and by hour, where clashes stand out”: the AI Extension Builder produces it inside your app, in your colors.

The budget for a festival app

With Premium, the festival has its apps in both stores, with Geofencing, Live Video and push notifications included. The Chatbot is an add-on. Pro suits festivals with a large back-office team and a lot of notifications to send: team logins are unlimited and the push quota is higher.
Premium · store apps, Geofencing, Live Video$55 /month, billed yearly
Chatbot, an add-on to Premium$35 /month
Pro · unlimited team logins, higher push quota$105 /month, billed yearly
Ticketing stays with your provider. Also budget for the two developer accounts, paid to the stores.

Music festival app: organizers' questions

Can festival-goers buy their ticket in the app?

No. The app sells no tickets or passes: a button opens your usual ticketing, and the app takes care of the rest, from the lineup to the site map.

How do we tell the crowd that a set is changing stage?

Update the event in the Agenda, then warn the crowd with a push: everyone, or only people on the grounds, by outlining the site on the map.

Can the live stream be kept for ticket holders?

No: a Live Video stream stays open to every app user. Broadcast what you are happy to show the widest audience, an opening set or a backstage interview.

Can sponsors appear in the app?

Yes, with the internal ad server: banners or interstitials for each partner, scheduled by date and platform. You sell these placements to your partners, and GoodBarber plays no part in the contract.

How much should we budget for a music festival app?

Premium is enough to publish the app in both stores, with Geofencing, Live Video and push. The Chatbot is an add-on, the AI Extension Builder is free. Pro adds unlimited team logins and a higher push quota.

Is the app still useful after the festival?

Yes. Past sets leave the Agenda on their own; keep the photos, announce next year's edition, and on the day ticket sales open, a push brings the crowd back.
