Every exhibitor, and where to find the booth

The exhibitor list and the booth map, linked in the app

Each exhibitor has its own listing: business, products, booth number, website and contacts. Also place each booth as a point in the Map section, where it stands in the hall, or publish the hall plan as an image if booths are too close together for the map. Visitors type a name into search, open the listing, favorite the exhibitor and find it again the next day.

An industry trade show

Hundreds of exhibitors, several halls, a series of talks: buyers plan their visit in the app before they arrive.

A consumer fair

Home, food, leisure: visitors follow the day's demos and find the right booth without walking the aisles three times.

A congress with an exhibition area

When the heart of the event is a conference program for an association's members, the congress page is a better fit.
The conference app

From industry show to consumer fair, what the app changes

Your show? Enter a handful of exhibitors to see the result; the free trial lasts a month, no card asked.

The conference program, room by room

Panels, product launches, awards: every session in the Agenda

Each session takes its place in the Agenda: title, speakers, room, time. Visitors add a talk to their personal calendar in one tap and keep it in their favorites. Every morning, a push scheduled the night before presents the day's highlights; another, sent on the spot, flags a session that changes rooms.

An area reserved for exhibitors

Build-up, deliveries, badges, breakdown: instructions visitors don't need to see

Each exhibitor creates an account in the app, and your team places it in the Exhibitors group from the back office. A section then opens for that group only: build-up and breakdown times, delivery access, safety rules, the organizers' contacts. A push sent to the group, “Loading dock B closed until 10 am”, disturbs no visitor.

On site, the app guides visitors

A beacon at the entrance to each hall, a QR code on each booth

Under a hall roof, GPS loses track: an iBeacon placed at the entrance triggers that hall's message, “Hall 3: packaging and logistics, talks in the Rhône room”. On each booth, a printed QR code opens the exhibitor's listing through the app's QR code reader; visitors favorite it so they can get back in touch after the show.

Also in the show's app

A link to registration

Badges and tickets are bought on your registration site; the app simply leads there.

Practical info

Opening hours, access, parking, shuttles, cloakroom: articles that are easy to keep current.

The halls on the map

Entrances, parking lots and shuttle stops, directions included.

Exhibitor applications

For next year, companies apply through a form; applications pile up in the back office, ready for a CSV export.

Several languages

For foreign visitors, each listing can be machine-translated.

AI for your trade show

Two uses, and what they cost.
To guide

A guide that knows every exhibitor

“Who is showing packaging machines? Where is the awards ceremony?” The Chatbot's answers come from the exhibitor listings, sessions and map; it speaks the visitor's language.

The exhibitor list kept by your AI assistant

Through the MCP server, Claude or ChatGPT keeps the list current: it adds a last-minute exhibitor or corrects a booth number when you ask, spells out the operation and waits for your confirmation.

The cost of a trade show app

The base is Premium: the show's native apps and its web version. The exhibitors' area also needs Authentication and User groups: take them as options, or move to Pro, where they are built in with no limit on team logins. The Chatbot is billed separately.
Premium · native app and web version$55 /month, billed yearly
Authentication, on Premium$12 /month
User groups, on Premium$5 /month
Pro · Authentication and User groups included$105 /month, billed yearly
Badges and paid tickets stay on your registration site. The App Store and Google Play developer accounts are paid separately, to each store.

Trade show app: organizers' questions

Can visitors buy their badge in the app?

No, badges are bought on your registration site, opened by a button in the app; the app then looks after visitors before and during the show.

Can the booth map be as precise as an architect's floor plan?

Booths are positioned on a real geographic map: that suits an exhibition park or well-spaced booths. For a hall with tight aisles, also publish the official floor plan as an image, and keep the halls, entrances and parking lots on the map.

Can each exhibitor edit its own listing?

Not directly: team login rights cover the whole app, not a single listing. Exhibitors send their corrections through a form, or your AI assistant enters them through MCP.

Can we send a notification only to visitors in one hall?

Yes, with an iBeacon at the hall entrance: its message shows on phones passing nearby with Bluetooth on. Other sends go to everyone, to a group or to a perimeter drawn around the exhibition park.

What does a trade show app come to?

The Premium plan, plus two options for the exhibitors' area, Authentication and User groups; on Pro, they are already there. Count the Chatbot as extra if you turn it on; the MCP connection is free.

Can the app be reused for next year's show?

Yes. You update the listings, sessions and map, and the app, still on last year's visitors' phones, announces the new edition with a push.
