In this case you will need to contact your external payment service provider (see the online help Introduction to Payment Gateways ).
GoodBarber allows you to make the one-click link between the order details and the transaction details at your payment service provider.
To consult the details of the transaction:
1. Go to the Orders menu.
2. Click on the relevant order.
3. Click on the Refund button.
