Shopping mall app: your stores, offers and events on every visitor's phone
Saturday, 2:10 p.m.: a family parks at the mall. The welcome message reaches their phone with the kids' workshop at 3 p.m., the car's spot is saved in the app, and the toy store's coupon is already in the app. At 6 p.m., the route leads them back to the car.
Your shopping mall's own iPhone and Android app, made without code: the store directory and maps, opening hours and special openings, coupons and the mall's loyalty card, events, a message on arrival and a parking spot found again.

Saturday: arriving at the parking lot
The zone drawn around the parking entrances triggers the welcome message, only during opening hours: the kids' workshop starts at 3 p.m. on level 1. Before leaving the car, the visitor saves the spot in one tap.
See GeofencingWednesday: a store opens
The new store's page joins the directory, a banner announces it in the app, and its first 200 welcome coupons are gone within hours. That evening, the mall team sees how many were used at the register.
See CouponingDecember: late-night shopping
Openings until 9 p.m. and the holiday Sundays are in the calendar. On the day of each one, an automatic push reminds visitors, who add it to their phone's calendar.

The mall's marketing team prepares it in the back office, with no developer.

What AI does for the mall
Three uses: a ready-made parking section, an events program posted by your assistant, store pages translated for visitors from abroad.
To create
Find my car
One request to the AI Extension Builder, and the section takes its place in the app's menu: one button saves where the car is on arrival, a second opens the route back. The position stays on the phone, with no account to create.
Free
To operate
The weekend program, posted by your assistant
“Add Saturday's three workshops to the calendar and schedule the notification for 10 a.m.” Your assistant, Claude or ChatGPT, works through the app's MCP: it creates the events and prepares the notification, which your team approves before it goes out.
Included
To translate
Store pages for visitors from abroad
In the CMS, the AI Assistant translates a store's page or the season's opening hours for tourists, and the team reviews each language before it goes live.
Free
Extension Store
The extensions a shopping mall uses. Couponing and the Loyalty card are options on both Premium and Pro, and require Authentication, which Pro includes. At no extra cost: CMS sections, notifications, Geofencing and iBeacons within their quota, Find my car and MCP.

Shopping mall app: your questions
Which app for a shopping mall?
With GoodBarber, mall management builds the shopping mall's own app without code, under the mall's name: the store directory, floor plans, opening hours, coupons, the mall's loyalty card, events and on-site messages. Regional mall, shopping arcade or outlet village: create your mall's app.
Do visitors need an account?
Only to save coupons and collect points on the mall's card: both go through an account. The directory, floor plans, calendar and opening hours can stay open to everyone: you choose which sections are public, and signing in stays optional for the rest.
How does the mall's loyalty card work?
You print the mall's QR code from the back office, and each participating store places it at its register: the visitor scans it and earns a point. You can also award a point per visit, earned inside the mall's zone, with a minimum delay between two points. Membership levels reward the most loyal visitors.
How does a message reach visitors at the parking entrance?
Through Geofencing in the iPhone and Android apps: draw a zone around each entrance, choose the moment, on entering, on leaving or after a few minutes on site, and limit sending to opening hours. Three zones are included from Premium.
What are iBeacons for in a mall?
Talking to visitors near a specific spot: the movie theater entrance, the food court, an event. The beacon is bought from a manufacturer, Kontakt is recommended; when a visitor uses the app nearby, they get your message, at the distance you set.
Can stores post in the app?
Yes, with back office access limited to one section, such as new arrivals; a “not published” status lets your team review before anything goes live. Premium allows three team members, Pro has no limit. Coupons are created by the mall team, under each store's name and location.
How do visitors find a store?
The app's search finds a store by name, and its page gives the level and the nearest entrance. Floor plans, posted as images, complement the map of parking lots and access points.
Can the mall promote a store in the app?
Yes: the internal ad server runs banners and interstitials managed from the back office, for an opening, a store anniversary or a sales week.
How do visitors install the app?
The app's QR code, on posters at the entrances, at the registers or on parking tickets, opens the phone's app store, iPhone or Android. A welcome coupon gives people a reason to install it right away.
How much does a shopping mall app cost?
The price of Premium with three options, Authentication, Couponing and the Loyalty card, or the price of Pro, which includes Authentication and opens the back office to your whole team. Amounts in your currency appear in the pricing box above; every plan is on the pricing page.
